Beautiful formating, awesome pictures, depthful content. A pleasure to read for sure. Awesome story, definitely going to follow you, if you a spare sec then return would be super awesome.
When you’re down, it’s hard to remember that you ever felt okay, and you can be convinced that you will feel this bad forever.
This seems to be a consistent cognitive error or I suppose it could also be described as a perceptual error that people experience with near delusional intensity in many cases during bouts of depression. It seems to be part of the depressive phenomenology that is found in patients whether it is their first episode or their tenth episode. It is fascinating that even having previously successfully recovered from previous episodes does not seem to change the perception.
