If someone is jealous of you, be happy. Celebrate. Jump with joy because people are very miser with their emotions. Jealousy is an emotion to people which they do not bestow upon everyone that easily. If you were a weak person instead of successful, this world would be miser with their emotions as well, instead of being jealous of you, they would pity you. Weak people get pity by others, absolutely wrong it is to pity anyone but if you were weak thats what you would get. If you were not a threat to them, thats what you would get. You get jealousy coming your way because they think that you are better than them.Us human beings are funny creatures. First we try to compete with each other. But when we see the other getting ahead of us we try to talk ill of that person. When we see him go even further than us then we spread rumors about him. And once that person goes too out of the reach to compete or talk bad about, we forget about him and find another target to compete with and start the same process again. Its like those dogs at night in a dark alley who bark at the car passing them by, run along the car and continue barking until the gang of dogs realises that they can not harm the driver or the car, they stop running, go back to the exact same place where they started running from and sit and wait for the next car to arrive to repeat the same process again with amazing energy.The problem comes if the driver stops the car, gets out of the vehicle and starts a brawl with the dogs. That is the only problem because you can not make sense to creatures who refuse to understand, animals and jealous people have the same mentality. They can not think. They dont understand. They are instinctive based creatures. In some cases such people are worst than animals because people have been given the ability to think and act upon their thoughts. People have choices which direction they want to take. Allah has separated us from animals because of this choice. We are responsible for the choices we make. Allah has forbidden jealousy for a reason and that reason is that if you hate his people for what he is giving to them, in reality you are questioning his rehmat and the reasons of his rehmat that only he understands. What when and why he gives something to someone is his decision and only he knows the reason.You can not be successful if you can not be truly happy for other people's success. You can not be rich if you are jealous of others wealth. You can not be famous if you abhor someone else's fame. Simply put, you can not have anything that you are jealous of in others because the giver of you and them is the same...ALLAH SWT. So you can not make him angry and receive his bounties at the same time. You can not be jealous of him giving to others and expect him to give you the same. It just does not work like that. So the next time you see someone doing well, making more money than you, becoming more famous than you, be happy for him from the bottom of your heart so much so that Allah is watching what is in your heart. Pray for more success for that person. Praise Allah for giving it to him.
