I do not understand what is going on. Yesterday, the entire Internet was boiling over: by the decision of the Presidential Administration, the construction of a mega-polygon for Moscow garbage in the Arkhangelsk region was suspended.
It sounded encouraging and triumphant and would have continued to sound like that if we had not stumbled over the date of June 15th. Until that day, investors of the landfill site should settle a protracted conflict with the population, which has been protesting against illegal construction for the past 9 months. By this date, expert opinions on the environmental safety of the project should be received and public hearings should be held. If this does not happen, then the verdict, the head of the AP is harsh: the construction should be stopped forever, within 24 hours.
Here I sit and think. All respected scientists have long and unequivocally expressed that it is absolutely impossible to build a trash can on a swamp. The people will not believe anyone else, and therefore they consider the expertise to be fake, mixed with corruption. Buy our people also will not work - the Muscovites have tried many times already, but the northerners do not trade their homeland. They, that is, we, have become an insurmountable barrier to the trash mafia. There has not been such a powerful and long protest in Russia for a long time.
But if the construction is suspended until June 15, then what on our lands do the fighters of the Rosguard, the OMON, who all arrive and arrive? What whose social order are they going to guard?
In general, it is too early to calm down, oh, too early. We no longer believe anyone or anything. We follow the events and are preparing for a new rally on May 19. All of Russia is looking at us today, in which the struggle for environmental well-being comes to the fore.

Я не понимаю что происходит. Вчера весь интернет бурлил: решением администрации Президента России строительство мегаполигона для московского мусора в Архангельском регионе приостановлено.
Это звучало обнадеживающе и победно и продолжало бы так звучать, если бы мы не споткнулись о дату -15 июня. До этого дня инвесторы мусорного полигона должны разрулить затяжной конфликт с населением, которое вот уже 9 месяцев протестует против незаконной стройки. К этой дате должны быть получены экспертные заключения об экологической безопасности проекта и проведены общественные слушания. Если этого не произойдет, то вердикт, главы АП суров: стройка должна быть остановлена навсегда, за сутки.
Вот сижу и думаю. Все уважаемые ученые уже давно и однозначно высказались, что на болоте мусорный полигон строить категорически нельзя. Народ не поверит никому другому, а потому сочтет экспертизу поддельной, замешанной на коррупции. Купить наш народ тоже не получится - москвичи пытались уже много раз, но северяне родиной не торгуют. Именно они, то есть мы, стали непреодолимой преградой для мусорной мафии. Столь мощного и долгого протеста в России давно не было.
Но если стройка приостановлена до 15 июня, то что на наших землях делают бойцы Росгвардии, ОМОН, которые все прибывают и прибыаают? Какой, чей общественный порядок они собираются охранять?
Вообщем, рано успокаиваться, ох, рано. Мы уже не верим никому и ничему. Следим за событиями и готовимся к новому митингу 19 мая. На нас сегодня смотрит вся Россия, в которой борьба за экологическое благополучие выходит на передний план.
