Some stuff I have powder coated

So the first car part that I powder coated is a water neck from a 5.3L truck LS motor due to it was easy and it would fit in my powder coating oven. Since at the time i didn't have access to the sand blaster i used a wire wheel with a short bristle wire and then cleaned it with acetone and powder coated it. Later finding out I get better results if i use a scotch bright pad on it it will smooth out some of the scratches from the wire wheel.

Here are some pics of the after on the water neck:

Here is one of the blemishes from wire wheeling and not smoothing with the scotch bright pad:

The next thing i powder coated was a rear main seal cover for a 5.3L LS motor from a truck. All i did was clean it off with brake cleaner, wiped it down and then cleaned it with acetone. I would get better results if i sanded down some of the high spots but i was bored and decided to just get it done.

Here is the pics after cleaning but before coating:

Here is a picture of how it looks after the powder is applied and before baking:

The last thing that I powder coated was after we built the powder coating booth and it was the mounting brackets for the intercooler on my S-10 truck. They are just flat stock steal that was rusting that i didn't get before pictures of but here are the after pics:

I got a little orange peel but you cant see unless you are looking closely. I think this is due to forgetting to turn the oven down from 450 degrees to 400 when baking:
