Powder coating Honda ECU cover
This is a follow up to the video i posted of sand blasting the ECU cover. This is the first attempt at putting a sticker and doing a powder coat clear on a part. I will be removing old powder coat, sand blasting, cleaning, and powder coating some Brembo brake calipers in the future when I feel comfortable and that requires doing stickers and clearing them so I am practicing. I think it came out well except I did make a mistake and that was trying to put the sticker on when it was too hot. What happen was residue from the stickers transfer tape stuck to the part due to the heat and I learned that I will have to let the part cool down more before I put the sticker on. Whats awesome is you cant even tell there is a clear on the part and it makes it more durable as well.
