Did you hear talking bad about your colleague? Happens

I often hear people telling that the work is too stressing. But in most cases there are some factors influencing a certain climate at work.
Normally if you are in the place with a lot of different colleagues, there are often some persons creating a negative atmosphere because they are talking badly about other colleagues or something other that happens at workplace. This kind of voices are creating a lot of confusion between colleagues and creates conflict situations.
Pay attention to every voice you hear and check if it is true. If voices are true, talk about and explain if something is creating too much stress to you. Every situation can be solved. Is very important comprehensive between people living/ working so many hours in the same space.
Seems a banal post but believe me, this kind of problems in most workplaces are never solved and people are closed and never talk and try don't know that these problems are easily resolvable, so they cumulate all the negativity while they could live their work in all their tranquility.
