Travel blog: Netherlands - Part 3 - Wooden Shoes

Amazingly, the Dutch do actually still make wooden shoes, and they're more comfortable than you might think. I wouldn't run any marathons in them but they're great for gardening or other passive activities where you might be getting your feet dirty. We visited a traditional woodworking shop where they're made, quite an experience and incredible craftsmanship.
