Population control

in #population7 years ago

I believe the cure for most diseases are kept a secret from society. Maybe for power or because of greed. It would be a good form of population control. I don’t hear many people talking about the population, there are way too many people already. Eventually something will have to be done. I’ve notice the gay population has grown a lot and I sometimes wonder, is it just because more people are open now? Because there are chemicals in our food and water messing with our hormones? Can this be nature’s way of stopping us from overpopulating? A soft kill? A peaceful quiet extermination of the human race? We could be evolving into a species with a much slower reproduction rate. Maybe only a small percentage of people will reproduce in the future.
Maybe mass extinction.
Not that it matters, We will all be dead, just some thoughts.

Sort:

We are too many for one planet. Having fewer children will result in them being better educated and then they can have a better future than their parents.

You're Gordon too? HAHA!
I agree with the other Gordon.
But also, I'm of the belief that the planet can handle more people.
I also think the population ebbs and flows like the tide.
Sometimes more, sometimes less.
With capitalism and the accelerating returns of technology,
The population will always be able to sustain itself.

Here's a video!

Also, as for cures against diseases,
I think ones like cancer,
which has billions of dollars being protected by the establishment
(Probably because they need it to keep hospitals going)
Some cures may be covered up.
With cloning nowadays we could surely cure many, many things.
