I say that it is a long distance with regret, because at that distance it may not be visible to the naked eye, equally 11.2 km is a considerable size. Depending on the tail that forms, it may be visible to the naked eye.
Where it will surely be visible to the naked eye will be on Venus because it will pass about 97 and a half million kilometers from Venus, but the planet it will get closest to and it will be a spectacle if we were there will be Mars, that will occur on October 3, 2025 and will pass at only 29 million kilometers, it would be an impressive spectacle if there were someone who saw it on Mars, perhaps the ships that are on Mars can capture it.
