It's good to see an entry for this wonderful contest.

I work for the 4 out of 10 Americans who are obese and do not think that have any hope of changing. This rising statistic, added to the poisoned food supply, and lack of information makes it very hard to be positive.

I hope my example gives hope, but I know many people think I am a freak anomaly instead of an easy example they can follow. I waiver between sunshine and roses and being the voice of doom.

When fat people tell me they can eat skittles because they are listed on the weight watchers plan as a "low points" food. Ergh....
