"Around 280 million people have been killed by their own government in the past 100 years, excluding war... but most peope are too scared of things like Ebola, Isis, Zika, and each other to notice the elephant in the room. Maybe now that we live in the 'age of information' it's time to learn to lead ourselves..." - @thedonfreeman

Thoughts?

That is alot of people, but when you compare to war and think about false flags for the purpose of over throwing governments of other countries the amount of innocent lives that are lost, goes far beyond the 280,000.000 in the above post.

does this 280,000.000 include the people who died with the help of big pharma, does this also include the people who are left on the streets?
does this also include the flood of narcotics from the help of the CIA? drug related warfare and addiction,

the whole world is corrupt there is no way around it hopefully with the gift of the internet that we can change the world by opening the eyes of people who want peace and are willing to fight for it, but on the other hand we have the greed of others willing to suppress the people who want equality peace and love divide and conquer will always rule this world whether we like it or not.

excuse my rambling but that is my thought on the matter.

Light over powers darkness everytime. We just need to shine.

I don't agree, you should know how they do it.

what don't you agree with?
i did enjoy the link "how they do it" but what has that to do with this post?

Thanks, well I'd argue it is not sufficient to shine but take action, stop paying them, stop playing the game.

Upvoted and also resteemed!

Well.. I did fail history class.. But I don't trust the government either :D

This was great, reset and upvote.

The only reason I didn't fail history class is because I had professors who held the has views as above. I use the same argument when talking about government Socialism. Killed more people in a century than anyone else. By a mile. And most people fear the world without a centralized government.

You have a new follower by the way!

It's amazingly unbelievable how there are still lots of dumb people in the world who ''trust the governement'', just like in that movie (I forgot it's name) where President Bush was smoking weed and said to Kumar ''son, you don't have to trust the governement to be a good citizen, you just have to.... trust your country.''

Blows my mind too.

Love the title! This something that should definitely always be considered. As always though the opposite is also true Billions more have thrived. For years I only considered the crimes of government. Then I read a book " The Dragons of Expectation" which though full of politically naive examples made a really good point, that it could be much much worse.

If they do it under covers and facades, fake people's deaths, and drag celebrities' reputation through the mud. What makes you think they wouldn't wipe you out for trying to have too loud of an influential voice?

I'm not a coward, so I'm not affraid of speaking my mind, even if it means death.

You are right brother govt. uses people for their benefits. If Govt. is taking any decision it may be good or bad whatever it may be lastly the nation people have to suffers.

True story. The question is.. are they doing it because there is a evil organization behind it or is it just the one thing leading to another..?

Money = Power = Corruption. I would say it's both.
