Should CLIMATE CHANGE Be Our Main Focus?

Elon Musk vs Donald Trump

In my opinion, Donald Trump's decision to leave the Paris accord is puzzling to say the least. Although his decision was made based on the short-term impacts on America, he and his council are failing to acknowledge that the US will most likely get left behind once other countries move towards renewable energy sources.

Due to automation and advances in technology, once these systems are put in place, we're sure to see exponential growth in regards to energy production at some point in the near future. And on the other hand, fossil fuels will inevitably become more and more scarce.

Whether you believe man-made climate change exists, I believe it's quite ignorant to say that living in an unsustainable world is more favorable than a sustainable one. How we get there is a different matter, but on thing's for sure... we will never get there if we don't work together. Let's do our best for our future selves as well as the generations to come; we can build a better future.

yes, yes and yes!
But this is a far more long story than just "climate change" - I think we need to start with:

  1. education
  2. punishment of greedy (like island did with banksters)
  3. research
  4. remove of weapons/wars/conflicts

if we can't stand together we have no obligation to be part of this world.

That's my point of view.

Cheers! :)

Thanks for the comment. It's clear to me that in order for our civilization to thrive we have to find a way to get past the 'Age of Conflict' and put aside our differences... somehow. Violence only begets violence.

He said no to this non binding agreement because he would have to pay £300 billion per year to fund other nations green energy programs while at the same time they have no restrictions placed on them until 2030. It's a ridiculous thing to accept as POTUS. China is the worlds biggest polluter, and yet they get a free hand to build their economy by any means necessary while the U.S. gets punished, sound fair to you? Seems like nothing more than another attack on the West to me.

Elon Musk is an environmental pioneer with far visions and thoughts. He knows where the stream goes and i support him with no doubts!

Some people see his far visions as wishful thinking, however I think it's important to inspire our generation; planting the seeds of a sustainable future that we can all look forward to if we come together.

I think in this world of mortality eventually we are going to die and it looks like we all have only one ambition that is death. so if climate change is cleanliness than we have to focus on it because it is necessary to live healthy and happy life. and if it is like what earth going to become in next hundred years or like something it doesn't matter. we will not be there.
