Former US Attorney: 'Out Of Control' Comey 'Acted Like He Was Attorney General'

Ultimately, as I predicted James Comey would eventually (or I cannot understand why at the time) take consequence of his out of the box behavior. While a sitting FBI director has never made a public statement to this magnitude, his statements re: Clinton criminal conduct were with-out doubt criminally and politically motivated.

Former Attorney General DiGenova said Comey was "out of control" and "so self-centered and full of himself" in the way he conducted his duties. "When he said that Hillary Clinton was in fact guilty, but that no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute her, and when he misspoke about what the law was, of the statute he says she might have violated - he usurped the function of the Attorney General.  He took over the powers that did not belong to him, he was unauthorized to do that."

I originally inquired that at the time, by signal of the DOJ, the FBI Director would bear ultimate media scrutiny in the subject of a press corp. judgement. It only seemed logical with the Obama DOJ appointments directly or indirectly involved with Clinton in some way.

Appointed Atty. General Loretta Lynch was documented by the press consorting with the then Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton’s husband Bill Clinton on a grounded jet. At the time raising doubts to her confidence in the investigation, and her integrity to carry it to a possible prosecutable case.
In the heat of the debate re: Loretta Lynch’s competency, the media prying her activities and ties to the Clinton’s, James Comey took it upon himself to disclose the investigation in it’s entirety. Not only to doing so, made a public recommendation  to the Justice Department — uncalled for by some legal opinions.

Former Attorney General DiGenova said "What ever you may think of Lorretta Lynch - she should have been given the opportunity to make that decision or to delegate it to someone else in the department to do."

The House and Senate Committee’s reluctance to subpoena Loretta Lynch re: congressional investigation(s) only reinforces my notion. Her hand was on the lever with the investigating body tasked with criminally prosecuting her former colleague in it's entirety.

My ultimate conclusion is that of the cataclysmic scandal started at the Justice Department. The Department of Justice, deliberately and artfully deflected their opinions and judgements onto their subordinates (the FBI) therefore relieving the Obama Administration of any questions of collusion, or conflict of interest. This will be the forgotten headline.
