FIRST TAKE BABY
Hello fellow Steemians! I hope you all are enjoying the sexy thumbnail there. Apologies for the pretty ambiguous title. I was unsure what to name this video because it intended to be about my priorities for this year but it somehow ended up with a 6 minute interlude about Post-Scarcity Anarchism and what a Resource Based Economy would entail. Yeahhh...sorry. I will write a more in depth post about my take on these concepts because I do find them incredibly interesting (plus I'm a better writer than I am talker). Anyway, the video was appointed its name solely to brag about posting the first attempt of this film. It took 25 attempts to film my introduction video so I was pretty happy that this one turned out ok...ish?
I understand that my accent causes a lot of words to be imperceptible. I'm unsure what my accent is actually beoming; it's like an amalgamation of all the places I've lived (Yorkshire, Scotland, Brighton) which has somehow resulted in me having a slightly Irish twang. With that said, I've written all my priorities down below in case you missed them (or simply couldn't bear the thought of watching a 20 minute video of me rambling...rightfully so).
MY PRIORITIES FOR THIS YEAR ARE:
- To read more
- To expand my vocabulary
- To establish more routine and balance in my life
- To stop calling myself 'stupid' internally, all the time
- To replace coffee with exercise
- To eat more fodder of the healthy variety
