Gates thought it would be a good idea for the Rockefellers to whitewash their public image by giving back about 1/1000th of what they stole from the public through unpunished monopoly/predatory pricing on the family's oil products in the form of "grants" to TAX-EXEMPT foundations that they thoroughly controlled. These grants of money ALWAYS went to leftist/globalist projects that benefited the family while serving the dual purpose of making the family look "kind" and "giving."
