Does Israel Deserve The Right To Exist At The Expense Of Another Nation?

Palestine, the land in which the  prophet Suleiman (Solomon) ruled the entire earth, the land in which the  prophet Daud lived and built his Mihrab, the land which the prophet  Musa (Moses) commanded his followers to enter, the land in which the  prophet Isa (Jesus) was miraculously born without a father, the land in  which the prophet Muhammad tied his horse (Al Buraq) and ascended into  Jannah (Heaven), and the land which is restricted from its own  indigenous people, is a land that was given by he who doesn’t own to  those who don’t deserve.

Due to a recent decision by the president of the United States (Donald  Trump), Jerusalem was recognized as the capital of Israel and plans to  move the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem were put in place;  it is entirely clear that history is just repeating itself: he who does  not own (Donald Trump) recognized Jerusalem as the capital of those who  do not deserve by justifying that Jerusalem was a capital that “the  Jewish people established in ancient times”; most Israelis would justify  their right to own the land of Palestine by stating that previous  Jewish Nations ruled the land of Palestine before the Arabs or the  Muslims did, thus, they are (apparently) descendants of those nations.

This is, in fact, incorrect, since, throughout the history of the region  of Palestine, the Israelite period (The kingdoms of Israel and Judah)  only lasted around 400 years, while, not only did the Canaanites rule  the Palestinian region much earlier than the Israelites, but they also  ruled it for around 2000 years ( It is important to note that within  that time period, before the Israelite period, a tribe by the name of  “Philistines” migrated into Canaan and lived along the west-coast of the  region; this tribe’s name later influenced the Greeks to name the  region “Palestine”).

Regardless, who are the descendants of the tens of nations that ruled  Palestine? Are they the Jews that have migrated into Palestine to  establish a ‘Jewish state’ on another people’s land? Or are they the  people that have been living in the region for hundreds, if not  thousands, of years?

It is incorrect to say that the Jews of today’s world are the  descendants of those who ruled Palestine as the Jews that ruled  Palestine may have converted to Islam or have simply lived peacefully  alongside other civilians; the Palestinians of today are the descendants  of the nations that have ruled the region of Palestine previously  (Canaanites, Egyptians, Israelites, Jews, Philistines, Babylonians,  Assyrians, Hellenics, Romans, Byzantines, or even the Ottomans) not  those who have migrated into Palestine and claimed that they descent  from a previous ruling nation simply for believing in the same religion.

It is statistically and historically proven and well-known that most of  the Jews living within the region of Palestine have migrated from other  countries from all across the globe. Thus, we can clearly conclude that,  historically, the land belongs to the descendants of the previous  ruling nations: the Palestinians.

Throughout its history, Israel has violated over 75 UN resolutions and  broken an immense amount of International Laws: illegal occupation, the  illegal building of settlements on occupied land, illegally taking land  by force and claiming sovereignty, illegal practicing of ethnic  cleansing, illegal apartheid system, illegal massive violations of human  rights, illegal collective punishment, and illegal massive  transformation of local laws. Killing 10s of thousands of Palestinians  (over ¼ of which are children), injuring 100s of thousands of innocents,  demolishing over 50000 homes, and building over 260 illegal settlements  on stolen land is a crime against humanity and is a mass violation of  human rights yet most don’t question why it is the largest annual  recipient of direct U.S. economic and military assistance (A total of  $3.7 billion was given to Israel in 2017, in other words, American  taxpayers gave Israel $10.1 million each day).

To conclude, a country that has: stolen, and occupied, one of the  holiest lands, violated international laws and resolutions, killed and  injured 100s of thousands of innocents, annihilated whole cities, bombed  tens of thousands of civilian homes, and jailed thousands of men,  women, kids, and elderly, and reasoned its actions with incorrect and  absurd justifications, is a country that doesn’t deserve the right to  exist at the expense of another nation.
