Is war a machine to run capitalism? or it's a curse for the world?
Many believe war is a machine, run on people blood, feed the economy of countries who are safe in their lands, producing weapons and dealing them.
If you have seen the movie "Lord of War", the first quote in the movie by Nicholas Cage as "Yori Orlov" is:
"There are over 550 million firearms in worldwide circulation. That's one firearm for every twelve people on the planet. The only question is: How do we arm the other 11?"
So, this describes why they call war a machine. it runs the business, manufacturing, post war time re-construction and ofcourse, I'm not gonna forget the generous philanthropic aids!
War
The word itseld is always same. reasons behind it change: It may come in the name of religion to politics to greed to ideology... wait! last one seemed a bit legit?
NOWAY! the worst case is if you let people be killed for any, I emphasize, ANY ideology: Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism (I know no one has been killed for war on Buddhism, just in case I named it!) etc
So I believe, war, is a curse for human being, for what we call it civilization, for our reputation as some proud creatures of the universe...
