When Students and Parents began to Take a Knee

When Students and Parent began to take a Knee at National Sporting Events because the Government behind their Flag neglect to enact policy and laws to protect it's citizens from senseless acts; what will they b e called? What will be the proper venue to express themselves ; will they have "Freedom to choose the "Venue" of Their Expression or will that "Venue" be "Dictated" to them by One who Dictates these Matters in the "free World?
