How hilarious is it that Elon Musk and Maduro are talking about getting into real fist-fight?

I do not use Twitter. I find it to be a horrible waste of time just like most of the things like it. Some of my friends love Twitter though and use it all the time. Live and let live... I do not care if I am missing out on things because I am not involved with something that I think is a huge waste of time. I do end up hearing about certain things that take place on "X" though and Elon Musk cracks me up with some of the things that he does.

In a recent thing where Elon was calling out Nicolás Maduro when Naduro and him exchanged words on the platform that Elon owns and it ended up going down a schoolyard path of machismo when the two started talking about getting into a real fight with one another.

This isn't the first time that Musk has hyped up a potential fight of sorts with someone else who is famous. He challenged Mark Zuckerberg to a scrap and I don't know what happened to that, it just kind of faded away. I think it is quite obvious that Maduro doesn't actually want to fight Musk and was just grandstanding. However, I looked into it a bit because I have seen images of Elon next to other people and he is quite big. I was also listening to a podcast where Elon was talking with Joe Rogan about how he trains in various martial arts which is something that Maduro probably doesn't have time for. Who knows? I think it is quite silly and all in good fun that a world leader and the world's richest person are basically have a recess time shouting contest of threats for the whole world to see.

It is difficult to take Elon's word on many things because he has often been caught telling a tall tale or two, which is surprising to me that someone that successful would feel a bit of inadequacy as far as anything is concerned... I also think he intentionally surrounds himself with short security everywhere he goes. The best estimates that I can get on his height and weight is 6 foot 2 inches and around 250 lbs. This is NOT a small person at all. I'm about 6 foot even and 200 lbs and I am considered an intimidating presence. Now being 250 is not necessarily an advantage, it depends on what kind of weight it is, if it is fat, and Elon has been photographed in some rather unflattering pictures where he looks like he is carrying around mostly fat.

Maduro on the other hand, is about the same height as Elon, but in every photo I can find of the guy he has "jowls" and this isn't a great sign of physical fitness. I can find no record of his actual weight though.

Now if these two were actually to really fight with one another, I think it would be a lot less interesting than many might hope. These are not professional fighters even though Elon claims to train in many different martial arts. If you were Elon's trainer, I would imagine that you would take it pretty easy on him since he could "end you" in many different ways. The same would be even more true for Maduro. If you were to physically hurt him in Venezuela, you would just get disappeared.

I have met a couple of South Africans in my day though and I have to say that they just are bred different down there. All of the South Africans that I have met (both of them) were huge people and told me stories about how fighting is basically part of growing up over there. Because of Elon's immense wealth, I don't know if he was ever exposed to this sort of thing but if he did and he is anything like the two men that I met, he can probably hold his own in a fight. That being said, growing up in Venezuela isn't exactly playing on easy mode either.

Just like the Zuck vs Musk fight, this isn't going to happen. It is kind of fun to speculate about it though. Both men would stand to gain nothing by doing this but then again, when you are that powerful, what else are you going to do?
