Attack Dogs of Lukashenka's Regime
We do not need an imported system for falsifying elections. We will create our own, one run by the state.
- Alexander Lukashenko
Be advised, may contain graphic scenes
Imagine a perfect servant of the law. One who does not ask questions and follows the orders of the leadership. A person who does not feel a sense of pity or a sense of shame, and if given an order he fulfills it. He does not care who is standing in his way - an elderly person, a woman or a child. This is a man without moral principles. He is like a dog performing tricks for the sake of a cozy kennel and a bowl of food. A person who is motivated only by one goal - money.
Today's topic? Today we will talk about the main support of any dictatorial regime. Without these people, the existence of fear among the population is impossible.
The police.
Belarus is a Police State
The support of power structures is a prioritised task for the Belarusian leadership. Annual funding for the police is put before medicine and other "free" social services.
To become a policeman, you do not need to be a very smart or talented person. No. It is enough to complete the obligatory service in the army (or service in the police). It is also not necessary to have a secondary education. According to official data, entrants with low scores can enter the Police Academy (the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs). With strong health and low scores, any entrant can become a policeman, any entrant can become a "guardian" of order.
Here showing the lowest scores for admission. Academy of Ministry of Internal Affairs and Military Academy
Belarus has one of the world's largest ratio's of police-to-population. Given that Belarus is a relatively small state, there is a logical question: Why do ordinary people's taxes go to maintain a huge army of police officers?

Seeing what is happening in the country, the answer to this question becomes glaringly obvious. The population of the country does not support the current government. Many people openly declare this, but some are afraid. In 2017, after the president introduced the tax on the unemployed, people became angry. Many went to "peaceful" protests and demanded that the president resign. The reaction of Lukashenka did not take long.

The president gave an order to suppress the demonstration. He felt fear of the people who went to a peaceful rally. When Lukashenko ordered the protest to be suppressed, he showed the whole world that he was afraid of the population of his country. Because of the fear of being overthrown, he maintains a police force that protects him, his very own "Attack Dogs".
There are real examples of those who rebel against this system. These are the cases when young police officers who graduated from the academy refuse to work. They do not go to the service. They do not see a future in the Belarusian police. Others do not like that their superiors humiliate them. They refuse to work in such conditions.
Lawlessness by Law
Human rights defenders face cases when the court takes the side of the police, even if the truth is on the side of the accused. The fact is that if you do not have friends in high places, you will be judged guilty. The following are a few cases where the injustices of the courts are clearly evident. (This is a big topic, so in the future, I will devote a separate post to it.)
Police Lawlessness
On New Year's Eve 2017, a shocking incident occurred in the city of Minsk. Arriving at the scene of the crime, a police officer took out a pistol and opened fire on a civilian. This happened in a residential apartment building. According to the official version of the incident, a drunk man attacked a policeman. Allegedly, the man began to beat him, so the policeman was forced to use the his weapon. He produced three shots - one warning, one in the leg and one in the back.
This picture was on the website that by order of the authorities now blocked.
There were no witnesses to this incident. The only source of information was the report by the police officer.
Independent experts conducted their own investigation. A specialist in criminology (forensic ballistics) attended to it. The results of the investigation showed a completely different version of what happened. The young police officer, using excessive force, opened fire on the civillian.
Who do you think was eventually found guilty?
The civilian was found guilty, but in reality was the victim. He almost died. On the television, the actions of the policeman were regarded as heroic, and the court was on the side of the police. This once again proved that the law works against ordinary people.
Interesting information: According to the newspaper, Epoch Times, Lukashenko took 6th place in the ranking of living dictators.
How the police actually work
The purpose of this article is not to "blacken" the good name of true defenders of law and order. No. The main goal is to show what really happens. Conclusions to follow below.
The absurd case in the city of Vitebsk
In October 2017, a local resident and her 15-year-old daughter were in the courtyard of her house. In one of the flowerbeds, they saw a growing flower - Sedum. They tore off a few flowers to make a decoration.
The vigilant old woman living on the first floor recorded this on video. After that, she immediately sent the recording to the investigative committee. There, the actions of the woman and her daughter were regarded as robbery. Under the article of the criminal code, they were subject to a sentence of 6 years in prison.
Brief writings about the initiation of a criminal case
Vitebsk lawyer Igor Stepanov published this information on his Facebook page. He was representing the interests of the woman and her daughter.
Because of such informants, you need to be ready for anything. By the way, the amount of "stolen" flowers was only $15. Thanks to the publicity and the lawyer, the case did not reach the court. Common sense won.
Not an isolated case
Similar cases occur throughout Belarus. The police go completely unpunished. Within one article, it is impossible to convey everything that happens.
For example, this incident occurred in the town of Khoiniki. The man and his family saw how the police illegally detained another man. He decided to intercede on behalf of the poor man, and asked a question. For this, the police beat him in front of his wife and children. After that, he was taken into custody.
A similar incident occurred in the city of Rogachev. The police broke the man's rib. The entire fault - the absence of a working indicator.
All of this is just the tip of the iceberg.
Interesting information: in Belarus, police officers retire at 45 years old. Ordinary workers work up to 63 years.
Cruelty of teenagers
This story has become known to the general public only recently. Detailed information can be obtained by reading a deleted article on the popular Belarusian website Onliner. This article has been removed on the orders of the police.
A brief history of what happened: Minsk dweller, Halina, returned home from the store.
At this time a group of teenagers threw stones at her and threatened her with a knife. Galina called her husband and asked him to help. When Galina's husband arrived on the scene, the teenagers attacked him. As a result, one of the attackers was hit in the head by adolescent males and killed him.

After this incident was investigated by the Court, it turned out that the guy who killed the man was the son of a police officer, and only 15 years old. As a result, he was sentenced to 2 years, however, an article in which his conviction was written about had the name "homicide by negligence". Clearly the court had acted in the interests of the son of the police officer. The verdict was a sham.
This picture came earlier in the remote source
Other participants of the group involved in the killing go unpunished.
The husband was the sole breadwinner in the family and they are left with little to no money, and are struggling to survuve, let alone be ina position to afford the services of a lawyer to fight their case.
Is there any justice for ordinary people in this country?
The results of the policy of zero tolerance
There is no dictatorship. Dictatorship is only in the hands of the president
- Alexander Lukashenko
Thanks to the policy of intimidation, the population is afraid of their defenders. According to the poll, 65% of the population does not trust the police.
At the moment, people are not allowed to gather in large groups on the street. This can be labelled an "unauthorized rally" by the police. Any unauthorized action is considered a threat. If the police want to, they can arrest you for up to 15 days. In the end, you find yourself in debt to the state and will be obliged to pay a fine.
In public places, you cannot hold a sheet of white paper as this can be regarded as a provocation of power.
Picture took from open source Videos from YouTube
In addition, it is forbidden to clap your hands (applause) in public.
People fear those who should be protecting them. Many feel only fear at the sight of police. The police might accuse you of a crime you did not commit, and ultimately they will be in the position to get away with it, as a simple person has no true rights in this country.
The police are often called derogatory word - garbage. Original Word "милиционер" similar to "мусор". First and foremost they are called so because of the behavior.
There are police officers who bravely perform their duties to the people, but they are very few, and very far between. Mostly, there are just garbage who hate people, and abuse their power.
This information forms only a small part which I have selected to include in this article. The fact is that police lawlessness is rife, and not many people are willing to share what is happening. Many fear that the police will take revenge.
The police act with impunity.
In this way, the Lukashenka regime has created protection for itself and enemies of society. Their very own Attack Dogs.

Lukashenko has and will use all means of mass control. The country is a mess, industry has failed many thousands have been laid off or are on reduced hours. Many have left to work abroad mostly Russia but they are now liable to be fined as well. They have virtually run out of foreign currency which restricts imports and have large loans due plus an outstanding gas bill. In the past Putin kept the economy afloat with loans but seems unwilling to do it anymore. Its fair to say that a good many Belorussians would prefer to live under Putin. With the amount of Russian military present it could easily happen if Lukashenko was overthrown.
при пУТИНЕ ? чемодан вокзал россия , чем путин лучше лукашенко? я уехал из этого кошмара в украину и счастлив как никогда . Я при лукашенко прожил 24 года, 24 года без шансов на лучшую жизнь.

I didn’t flag them, I want to leave it up to you as author of this post. It’s hard that belive.
That’s the description of Alexander Lukashenko. His strategy to tax people even if they are unemployed, not allowing people to protest at all, punishing honest citizens for crimes they didn’t commit and get as many as possible to become policeman, which basically makes them being on Alexander Lukashenko‘s side, is obviously and unfortunately working. It’s also hard to belive what is happening in Belarus aspecialy with all these honest and poor citizens of Belarus. I mean this wife, Galina, being left alone, whose husband was killed by greedy, unresponsible bastards. And on top of it only one person being punished with ridiculous verdict. I’m not surprised why everyone wants to become a policeman in this country. They are just surviving, but at the same time these people sold their soul to the devil. Let’s hope and pray for these people and that this regime come to an end sooner than later.
Very sad story, unfortunately true story.
Mehn this is serious... My heart goes out to them.
Its a massacre attack
nice post
such political conditions are terrible and outrageous. thank you for sharing a very good story.
a very cruel leader
Police officers abuse their power these days. Not only in Belarus, worldwide. It’s hard d to believe what I just read, but this is called reality. By reading this reality of Belarus elections, I’m really frustrated and I don’t live there. I can only imagine how all these honest citizens of Belarus must feel. There have been rumors of some cases in the US of so called Carousels in elections, but definately not in this scale. I mean so openly for the same "special" person being able to vote many times? How is this possibly? Well, as you mantioned, it is. For people being moved by a specially allocated vehicle as I watched in your video. At the end, how can so many people face the God? Are they so scared? Is this in their blood thinking “it’s ok?” I guess money talk as you said. It’s also shocking what and why they are trying to serve people so much alcohol to make the population impotent and obedient. The crooked history of Belarus election proofs itself just by reading about Alexander Lukashenko‘s opponents and what eventually happened to them, missing Viktor Gonchar and there must be many more others like him.
It's all about the money.
Did you copy it from my previous comment on Belarus election? Do you know @greene101 what the purpose of this post is? I believe it’s awarness and I bet you didn’t spend a minute reading this post, otherwise you would know that it’s a bit different from previous post. I’m not flagging you, I will leave it up to author of this post.

Hello brother poradsactly, that's very much in agreement with you ... there's a saying that says ...The good shepherd, he goes out of his way for his sheep, plus the wage-earner, if they do not pay him, do not eat them, or make the sheep. With this I mean, that as long as they do not pay the police, they do not care that it happens to the people, the good policeman, watches over the citizen, because he is born, he hurts the pain of others, (forgive the redundancy). And by not allowing meetings or street demonstrations, because they consider them a threat. Then there is a dictatorship, because freedom of expression is curtailed.
Money is the power to purchase every thing so what is police ...... mater its about story read
