Scam ICO policing
Crypto Leaders should come up with a system to police scam ICOs. Perhaps an Ethereum based product can be created that takes in coins for proposed ICOs and releases coins to the new Team as they prove themselves and their legitimacy. The crypto market leaders should not let Governments pave the way. The policing system should be decentralized and immune from interference. Block chain is perfect for this type of system. We can not let China or any other Governments hold back the process. This past week/month feels like black crypto /mail.
