I decided to create such series of fasts so that you can get to know poland. Culture, landscapes, leanguage.

So, in the first point these series I wanted to write something about Polish food.
Poland has its own dishes a lot. For ones of subcategories there is soups. Poland people have something like that as the barszcz . A barszcz czerwony is soup mainly from beets. Poles are eating her in the period of the Christmas Eve, but also during the entire year.

Żurek is next soup. He is also popular during the Christmas Eve, but also the Easter. Żurek consists of rye leavening, the raw sausage and eggs (He is veeeery good)

Next kind of food is pierogi. It is eating to the dinner. Among others there are slices of the cake thin, elastic and well sticking together filled with most diverse stuffing and cooked in the water or on steam, baked, fried or grilled.
They are stuffing for example minced meat, bilberries, cheese, cabbage.
