During the presentation it was also confirmed the presence of several Pokémon of old generations.

An interesting point is that now to catch them we will have a mixture of the traditional system of the classic Pokémon and the new system that we met in 'Pokémon Go', that is, the creatures will be hidden scattered everywhere, in the Wild Area, but we can also venture into the tall grass.

'Pokémon Sword' and 'Pokémon Shield' will also allow us, finally, to move the camera at our whim to have a new perspective. Yes, goodbye, fixed camera. And finally, the game will have a dynamic weather system, which means that it will depend on the conditions and the area for the different types of Pokémon to appear.

'Zacian' and 'Zamacenta', the new legendary

Along with the new Pokémon, we also met the new Legendary Pokémon: 'Zacian' and 'Zamacenta', two species of dogs / wolves of which so far there are not many details, except for their design that is related to the titles of the games

'Zacian' carries a sword in its snout, while 'Zamazenta' has a coat that simulates and serves as a shield. Both are very similar in appearance and colors, but we must pay attention to their history and characteristics when they are announced later.

'Dynamax', the giant Pokémon arrive

As often happens in Pokémon games, the battle is one of its most attractive features, so in 'Pokémon Sword' and 'Pokémon Shield' we will have news that will make this much more epic.

The first thing is 'Dynamax', a function that will allow us to temporarily create gigantic holographic representations of our Pokémon, something that will also serve to increase their powers. This system will be available for both the stadiums and the wild area.

Along with this, we will have a new multiplayer component that essentially takes the battles raid to the Pokémon world. Here we can make teams of up to four people to fight against the giant Pokémon. Kazumasa Iwao, planning director of Pokémon Sword and Shield, mentioned that should we be victorious of these battles, we will see a special sequence of dynamic capture for these Pokémon.

'Pokémon Sword' and 'Pokémon Shield' will premiere new characters, such as a Pokémon champion named Leon and his brother Hop, who will be our rival in the game. We will also meet Professor Magnolia and her assistant, Sonia, who will help us along this trip.

Editions and release date

'Pokémon Sword' and 'Pokémon Shield' will go on sale on November 15, will be available as separate editions or we can acquire both as part of a double pack that will include, in addition to both games, a book with metallic finish that will include Two special edition cards.

So far there are no details of the price or the content of the book of the double pack, but we will be pending before any novelty.
