Agree with you that we should not look into past and future rather we should focus our present. Make your present good and it will become your past and future will automatically adjusted. Loneliness is really a bad factor which makes a man empty sometimes.
Some people like loneliness but sone dont like. If i talk personally i dont like loneliness. I love the universe and its creaute that god has created wisely. Just imagine how would be life without family and friend. They are really supportive in every issue we face in daily life.

@coolguy222, In my opinion, we should not force ourselves to live in the situation of lonliness, but lonliness is blessing in disguise because it teach us who we are, what is self worth, meaning of self love, understanding our passion, builds confidence because no one will judge or discourage. Every aspect hold it's own bright side. Thank you so much and have a great time ahead.
