"changenegation" speaks to me of putting oneself on the opposite side of the path of life to look for new answers, or perhaps, new torments and hopefully, hope for renewal.
The voice anchors its sight in the twilight skies, motivated by spectacular colours that transmit an energy of astonishment, of surrender to the process of life. To the contraposition between the things of the sky, loaded with infinite light and those of the earth, so ephemeral.
contra-tumult of thoughts settled,
rope and anchor.
curtains and sky-urchins
turban'd by life's inadequacy.
The images relate us to the approaches of the lyrical voice in terms of the sensation of temporal-spatial anchorage and perhaps a return to already lived worlds that bring back old questions, old needs to fly in different skies.
The insistence on inverting the extraordinary images also vindicates that old yearning to attract celestial worlds to the ground, "image and likeness of the sky", below, in the interior eager for changes, for advances:
perched or lurching-?
for revivals or revolutions.
And in the end, it shows a repressed anxiety:
instilled by the frozen moment,
dread hope and counter-rancor.
something like that: I know this has to change... But when?
