I'm in Olympic Park, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, right now and its raining heavily. The sound as the torrent hits the roofs really helps me to slow down and take a deep breath. I'm not unhinged and I stay hinged by writing. There are pressure points in the path of life. Way's that riddle and choke. Anger just confuses the navigation completely. Just remember to take a deep breath and breathe it all out, keep exhaling a little longer. I only need to take seven deep breathes and I feel fine again. Try it.
