Don't be the leader
who bark at the cough around;
someone who doesn't even know
that the big world is not a round.
Don't be the leader
who frequently hesitates to believe
in the righteousness of his people
that it corrupts him in his lead.
Don't be the leader
who invests in your weaknesses.
Someone who do always take the fees
in ways your mistakes sell his marketplace.
Don't be the leader
who is obsessed with his power.
That it's always easy for his words
to rewrite what's unpleasant to him.
And never be the leader
who is madly in love with his authority.
That because of his so-called supremacy
he already forgot the word humanity.
