Mantra of Metatron:

In order to have control over oneself, one must first love oneself.
In order to love oneself, one must first believe in oneself.
In order to believe in oneself, one must first know oneself.
In order to know oneself, one must first acknowledge oneself.

In order to support the other, one must first love the other.
In order to love the other, one must first trust the other.
In order to trust the other, one must first have faith in the other.
In order to have faith in the other, one must have faith in theirself.

In order to find peace, one must find balance.
In order to find balance, one must first find harmony.
In order to find harmony, one must find wisdom.
In order to find wisdom, one must find truth.

In order to find the grace of God, one must find peace.
In order to find peace, one must find love for their fellow man.
In order to find love for their fellow man, one must find love for theirself.
In order to find love for theirself, one must find theirself.

Metatron is the voice of God, it exists deep within each of us. When we have compassion for our fellow man, when we have compassion for ourselves, when we act with goodness in our heart, it is Metatron acting through us. The purpose of this mantra is to strengthen the bond that we have to Metatron and to God, repeat this daily so that God may guide us and fill our lives with purpose and love for all things.
