The Mountain Man Awakens

The Mountain Man Awakens
And stretches his arms through the echoes of the valley
He wastes no time, and begins again the trek
Every step counts
"Body do the work of my soul"
"Body do the work of my soul"
Till it no longer can
Clouds evolve as he summits the mountain.
Standing amidst the swirling,
the mountain crows dance like eagles
They’re huge, old things
Cold, electric, living breath
The trees bend in the chilled wind moaning like whales
A humble, strong deer leaps across the path as the spirit of the land falls silent
A warning of the fire

This gives a deep, mental picture of your trek. I like it.

I was thinking the same thing.
