RE: Keepin' It Real In the Backyard Utopia
Aww. That's too bad! How big are bobcats generally? They have just begun to repopulate here, but I've never seen one. As for bunnies, there are a bunch here! When we moved here we were told someone dumped a whole lot of domestic rabbits in town and they've bred with the wild bunnies... so there are many. Hopefully, you will have another bunny with the added fortune of predator evasion.
The bobcats here are about the size of a 40 lb dog. They mainly eat rabbits and rats--if only they could focus on the rats. That's cool that the domestic rabbits that were dumped were able to survive. I will cross my fingers for more bunnies to watch. After all, Easter is coming :)
Wow! That's pretty big.
