Are You For Real?

Are you for real or are you not there.
You’re covered in blood and the eyes just stare.

I woke up screaming to find you by my side,
When my mind is the problem, there’s no where I can hide.

Im scared to sleep, I find comfort in the day.
Thought I was getting better but then you stood in the way.

It started with a dream, more of a nightmare.
The cold sweat ran and then you stood there.

I Rushed to the doctor, Was Prescribed some pills,
I felt warmer, But I also had chills.

I have a ray of hope and people who care,
Are they for real, or are they not there.
