And watched the sun rise
Drank until we passed out
Beneath those perspex skies

Faces lit by cigarettes
We hid behind the smoke
Whispers in the darkness
Of secret fears and hope

Alas we let the sun rise
And the night slipped away
So our paths they parted
Under the light of day
