Here are some of my favorite podcasts
I will list some podcasts in case anyone on here is looking for some new ones to check out. I will tell a little about them, as well.
Joe Rogan Experience: I like Rogan because he keeps us guessing as to what type of guest he will have. It might be a scientist who is there to tell us about physics. It might be a comedian being funny. It might be a professional fighter talking about MMA. It could be any of those types of guests doing each others job as well (ie a scientist making jokes or a fighter talking politics or a comedian talking about evolutionary biology.) Another reason I like Rogan is because he asks good questions of his guests.
Tim Ferriss Podcast: Tim Ferriss invites people who are specifically at the pinnacle of their respective field. He has had guests on from many various fields. He asks them questions about their life and routines in an attempt to find out what it is that makes them successful.
Your Mom's House Podcast: This is a husband/wife duo of professional comedians. They watch goofy videos on the internet and make fun of them. The whole show is a series of inside jokes based on these goofy internet videos.
Hardcore History: In this podcast, Dan Carlin looks at multiple angles of historic moments from the perspective of as many sides as he can find. He quotes relevant sources and does an amazing job of attempting to put us in the shoes of the people he is describing.
Radiolab is more of a radio show than a podcast, but the episodes are easy to download, which is why it is in this post. Radiolab is broadcasted on NPR and is described by the broadcasters as "a radio show and podcast weaving stories and science into sound and music-rich documentaries." -I feel this description is perfect. They have a wide plethora of subjects that they cover and tend to be interesting all around.
I have other podcasts that I look for sometimes, but these are my favorite, and also they are among what I consider to e the highest quality podcasts.
