it clearly has a atmosphere and weather although obviously very unique...

well thats a nice cheat just use a laser to measure the vibrational frequnecy of a object ... course u can just be given it which is alot faster!?

real question is how many pepole live there gnerally within a given similar reality to ours probably a couple million? although if u can be 100% comfortable in space a planet is even easier! can be challenging if u want but .. big deal specially if someone else has it all built up and it has a whole vacation time share citiy underground cuz it does lol several... or something like this yes!
