On that Saturday, at the beginning of time, I first caught glimse of you. Even from far away, you had a radient glow about you. Hot, volcanic, but way to close to the sun for my taste.
I watched as you evolved. You became diverse with plant, and with life. I watched as your dinosaur species developed space travel and left you to explore the cosmos.
As our universe expanded though, changes came to our relationship. For most of time, our love was secret, known only between us and the gods. Now however, there exist forces that seek to demote our love. {Pointing at you, NDT.} They openly call me a dw#$! planet, so as to shun our love.
Please my love, do not give into their taunts.
Know that you will never be alone. I am with you in the darkness, and I am with you in the light. Our journey together is eternal, a fundamental force that will resist the powers of ignorance and denial.
