Obsessive horror when the whole body helpless, how to simply fight it!
Overdose is a sleep disorder, which usually occurs in newly diagnosed, debilitated, debilitated, or obsessive-minded people who do not have scientific judgment, or Healthy people, but at times have weakness in the spirit.
The crippling scientific name is sleep paralysis, which only occurs in people who are usually sleepy, or dreaming, short of breath ... This condition causes the body to fall into a state. You can even hear the sound around you, but you can not even hear the sound of your surroundings, but if you try not to use your strength, you want to open your eyes or turn yourself up. But it can not move. After a moment of struggling, finally regained consciousness.

When the ball is over, the cerebral cortex is active, the muscles of the body are not stretched due to blocked motor neurons, the central nervous system commands the words and actions to be suppressed, can move, other parts are mostly in hard state.

What if we do not have this condition? What should we do to get good sleep? Please read carefully 8 tips below.

  1. No resistance or struggling

When you feel yourself being weighed down, unable to move, the first thing to do is not to resist. The more you try to resist, trying to force people to fight or try to open your mouth to ask for help only make your body more critical, if the ball stretching will suffice you to suffocate and fall into danger fatal to life.

  1. Remind yourself

When you realize that you are being overwhelmed, you can relax first, then repeat in your head several times. "All is just shadows, it will not matter." Thus, the ability to "win" the shadows will be higher.

  1. stretch your toes

Ballistic phenomena are heavy on our body but mostly on the chest, abdomen, throat and head. So if you focus your attention on the toes and try to stretch it, it will probably wake you up. Remember that stretching slowly and lightly, not trying to struggle. Also, you can also try clenching the hand.

  1. Facial muscle movement

When your body falls asleep during sleep, try to force your face muscles to wake up.

  1. Try to breathe

When we are overwhelmed, we feel like suffocating, but if you want to get away from the shadows, try to focus on breathing.

6.Keep consciousness alert

At this point, even though the body is in a state of paralysis that can not move, it is clear that the brain is full of consciousness. So instead of trying to struggle, we should focus on thinking, keeping our mind as alert as possible. Let's reassure our minds by thinking about the good things, avoiding thinking about negative, negative, obsessive images. If you can, mesmerize or put your spirit into your creed, you will gradually regain your composure and see the spirit become stronger, clearer than ever.

  1. Get help from the sleeping person next door

If you regularly sleep with a relative or friend, tell them the shade you are most likely to encounter. Then tell them, if you find yourself in a state of shortness of breath, do not speak out loud, raise their hands in the air, they wake up.

  1. Prevention or cure?

Identify yourself or fall into this shadow, you should review your lifestyle and plan change, because after all, prevention is better than cure? Refer to the ball blocking solutions below:

Get to bed at the right time and do not use stimulant before bedtime

  • Sleep properly

  • Limit reading ghost stories, watching horror movies before bedtime

  • Wear comfortable clothes, bed should be clean and airy

  • Eat well, exercise regularly

  • Stay away from stress, work in moderation, avoid staying up late, causing sleep deprivation often

  • If there is something disturbing to worry about, it can not be solved, seek help to avoid falling into depression, mental instability can easily lead to neurological damage and sleep.
