Growing some more greens

in #plants3 days ago

Lately I have been writing about my garden regularly, as it's becoming a big part of my life now. I planted seeds of some more veggies and now they have started sprouting out. The seeds that my gardener planted for me are of fenugreek, radish and garlic. Again, all of these are regularly used in my kitchen. Fenugreek and garlic I add in almost every meal that I prepare so it's the most used. Radish is occasionally used for Salads. Fenugreek is very nutritious and is rich in vitamins and minerals. Fenugreek seed is a rich source of vitamins choline, vitamin A, B1, B2, C, it's good for hair, skin and vitality and also good for digestion. Fenugreek leaves are good for digestive problems such as loss of appetite, upset stomach, constipation, inflammation of the stomach. Garlic is good for cold and cough and also for high cholesterol and high BP issues.

Having it grown in my garden is convenience for me and also a reminder to use it more often in my diet.

That's the fenugreek leaves that have started growing.
