Amsterdam Schiphol - 2018-06-09

Another visit to Schiphol on this Saturday. The wind determines which runway they use. An airplane can only use the runway with wind from the front to be ale to take off. This Saturday there was a wind from the East and that does not happen a lot!. So time to take some other kind of pictures…

EW-513PO Belavia - Embraer 195
What a great picture! A departuring Embraer 195 from Belavia is on her way back to Belarus. In the background you see the control tower, the terminal and a lot of other planes. Delta Air Lines with a Boeing 767-300 and an Airbus A 330. KLM with Boeing 777-300, Boeing 747 and a Boeing 787.

TC-MKS Corendon Airlines - Boeing 737-8 MAX
One of the first Boeing 737-8 MAX we have seen. A new type of the good selling Boeing 737. This one has new fuel savings and quieter engines and scimitar winglets. More and more airliners ordered this type.

VT-JEV Jet Airways - Boeing 777-300ER
Another big Boeing 777-300ER on takeoff. This time you see Jet Airways from India. Every day there are three flights from India to Amsterdam. Another aircraft comes from Canada to pick up transit passengers.
