Zacznę od 14 dnia, bo jak wspomniałem w pierwszym wpisie od samego początku marca lecę tym treningiem.
Dzisiaj był zestaw

1#

  • Przysiady 5x10
  • Martwy ciąg 4x8
  • Wyciskanie leżąc 4x12
  • Wyciskanie żołnierskie 4x10
  • Pompki na poręczach 3xMAX
  • Podciąganie podchwytem 3x10 (angażując biceps)
  • Plank 3 serie do 1.5 minuty.

Wszystko zgodnie z planem, do tego interwały 20minut.
