Lubię, gdy flora w moich ujęciach makro sprawia choć minimalne wrażenie "pełnowymiarowego" krajobrazu. Mimo, że technikalia obu tych zdjęć wyraźnie zdradzają rzeczywistą skalę fotografowanych obiektów, wywołuje ono we mnie wrażenie, iż mimo wszystko spoglądam na scenerię.  Ot, po prostu, ujęcia miłe memu sercu.

Były one bodajże mymi ostatnimi "makro", strzelanymi z użyciem Canona 17-40 L USM f/4. Następnie zacząłem korzystać z blisko 50-letniego Carl Zeiss Jena 180 f/2.8 z pierścieniem pośrednim, choć wciąż na bagnecie Canona 1Ds Mark III, który mimo, iż nie grzeszył ergonomią w terenie, zawsze stawał na wysokości zadania.

I like it when the flora portrayed in my macro shots makes the impression of a "full-size" landscape. Despite the technical details of both pictures above reveal the true scale of the photographed objects, they still somehow tend to fool my brain, making me look at them as they present a human-scale environment. Well, maybe it's because these two shots have a special place in my heart.

The two above were probably my last macro takes, shot with Canon 17-40 L USM f/4 lens. Later on I've made use of the Carl Zeiss Jena 180 f/2.8 (that's almost 50 years old!) with the additional lens tube, although still on the Canon 1Ds Mark III DSLR - although not too handy outside of the studio, yet still incredibly reliable, no matter what.
