I often flick through the old papers (The western telegraph) my Mother gets of her sister and amuse myself with the outrageous story's such as..
Windshield wiper snapped off in early hours of the morning et-al.

But when I saw this lay out in regard to a child sex case I had to share it.
Make of this layout what you will. But had I personally edited the layout of this page I would have done it differently. There is no way on earth the layout of page five is accidental.
