Taking Pictures On Pixabay Is Considered A Farming Reward by @rex-sumon..

It has been voted and notified that every image taken on Pixabay is considered reward farming and it has been notified to me and my post has been downvoted.

Whether it is right or wrong, it certainly has me confused and wondering why the existing rules have been made into a violation that causes losses for me and perhaps other steemians.

Being in the position of an ordinary member and can be blamed at will and if they have power in Steemit then whatever they do even if there is nothing to show but it is still the best.
