Family Favorite Dish 2: Shrimp in Coconut Milk with Bitter Gourd

My mom learned from them and now I have the recipe, too. I used to hate eating Ampalaya or Bitter Gourd but as I grow older, I have come to love it, more and more. I guess as we get older, we tend to look for stronger-tasting food- the bitter and spicier, the better!
