Hash graph to take down blockchain??

Is it possible that we could be seeing a complete shift in a brand new technology?
There are some fundamental flaws in blockchain technology that are revealed in the video below. The strength of hashgraph technology is indisputably better by far but how can we integrate this wonderfully new technology into our existing blockchain Tech and ERC 20 tokens without having to bulldoze over blockchain to build a stronger consensus algorithm platform. I believe that there is a way and it may take time with many new I see I was being launched every day I believe that there is way to integrate this technology with our existing technology without devaluing the system completely and starting over. Consensus algorithms are wonderful but they contain an incredible amount of information in a decentralized network. With hash graph and gossip protocol we would be able to share incredible amounts of data without burdening the system or each individual node with massive downloads of information.
