RE: Chopin’s Revolutionary Étude

Hi, welcome to Steemit! Very nice piano performance.

I noticed in a previous post that you were having trouble with logging into Steemit from your iPad. I hope you've worked it out by now, but in case you haven't, you never want to use your password for logging in. If you go into your wallet, then click "Permissions", you'll see that you also have "Posting" and "Active" keys - and there are buttons there to reveal the corresponding private keys. Save your password in a safe place, in case you need to change it to reset the other keys, but aside from that, it is recommended to avoid using it for logging in.

When you log into Steemit, you should use one of those private keys. Posting lets you post, comment, vote, resteem, and claim rewards so that's usually what you'll want to use. If you want to transfer Steem/SBD, then you'll need the private "Active" key.

Using your password can be very dangerous, because a web site could steal it or it could be intercepted by malware on your computer. It's the highest level of control to your account, and if you lose that (or someone takes it), getting it back will be difficult or impossible.

On another note, we have a small but growing discord group with classical musicians and enthusiasts from the Steemit platform, please feel welcome to join. The invitation is here - https://discord.gg/ppVmmgt.

Really appreciate the nice comments and good sound advice. I’ll check the wallet and permissions issues. Still not in on the iPad but some hunch says that’ll change soon. ThankQ again,
