Here my entry these are some frozen gel that are in my refrigerator these are used to place them in inflammations or muscle relaxation
In my country we have to maintain the food for a long time because it's difficult to find some of it and to buy it to because of the highest prices that are always changing, so, I'm keeping my food in the freezer like this:
I know it's weird but, its really helpful!
