¡What a pleasure! A delicious cake three milk.
Here I am again, after a long absence ... I hope you how are very well friends of steemit, today I will present a special recipe and a little laborious but at the end of the day will give us that delicious pleasure of those that are worth doing.
For this recipe we have a hundred steps to do Ha ha ha ha! It is joke friends, we will start by gathering all our ingredients to start with the preparation of condensed milk, evaporated milk and whole milk.
For evaporated milk we will need the following ingredients:
• 1 cup whole milk powder.
• 1 glass of water.
• 250gr of butter.
-Preparation:
1st step: put the glass of water in a pot over medium heat and we are adding little by little the cup of whole milk and butter,
-2nd step: We remove until all the ingredients are dissolved and let it boil until it evaporates and the level of decrease of the preparation in the pot is noticeable,
-3rd step: We lower the heat and let it rest until it takes room temperature to complete the final step of this ingredient,
-Now we start with condensed milk, its ingredients are:
• 1 cup whole milk powder.
• 1 cup of hot water.
• 1 cup of sugar.
-Preparation:
Step n ° 1: We carefully add the cup of hot water in the blender, little by little the whole milk, finally add the cup of sugar and begin to liquefy all the ingredients,
- VERY IMPORTANT! We must follow the procedure to prepare the condensed milk, because if not, the milk will be added to the blender and it will be lumpy. *
- After having finished the condensed milk, we reserve and take again the evaporated milk that we have at rest to complete its preparation.
- -Add the preparation to the blender, beat for about 7 minutes to fully integrate the butter and then store in the refrigerator to use at the end of our recipe *.
Ready our main preparation of the cake three milks, now we go with the ponqué ... Then he left the ingredients:
• 1 cup of oil.
• 1 cup of sugar.
• 1 cup of liquid milk.
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
• 2 cups of wheat flour.
• 4 eggs.
• lemon zest.
• Baking powder.
• Vanilla essence.
• Orange juice.
-Preparation:
Step n ° 1: Separate one by one the whites of the yolks and beat to the point of snow with 1/2 cup of sugar and a teaspoon of cream of tartar,
-When we are about to turn off the blender snow and reserve in the refrigerator to use later.
Step n ° 2: we take the reserved yolks and in a bold we begin to beat at medium speed mixed with the 1/2 cup of remaining sugar,
-Add the essence of vanilla,
-We incorporate the orange juice and the oil cup,
-Now we add the dry ingredients to the mixture, gradually placing the 2 cups of wheat flour, the teaspoon of baking powder and the teaspoon of baking soda,
-Finally, add the lemon zest and the milk cup to finish our cake,
- -Ready and incorporated all the ingredients, beat the mixture very well without leaving some lumps, take as a final point the beaten egg whites and with a paddle we begin to mix it and then go to the greased and floured mold and direct to our oven preheated to 180c ° for 35 minutes *.
- TIC, TAC, TIC, TAC, after the time we remove from the oven and let stand. *
Step n ° 3: We pass the cake to another rectangular mold and with a small stick we are making holes in the cake to moisten completely with the mixtures of three milks.
-To culminate our delicious cake three milks we will prepare a rich and fast Italian merengue with the following ingredients:
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar.
• 1 cup of sugar.
• 3 eggs.
-Preparation:
Step n ° 1: Separate in a bold one by one the whites of the yolks and with the blender we begin to give consistency,
-Add the teaspoon of tartar cream,
-Place a splash of vanilla essence and continue beating until it is about to snow,
- With a pastry bag and tip in the shape of a star (or your choice) we began to decorate our cake three milks.*
