I'm still fond of these utensils.
The food cooked & served in these vessels is more healthy and tasty. And I find it easier to bake chapatis on clay griddle. On metal ones, I used to get them burnt mostly ...LOL!
Except that Akki Mudi, I love all these. I haven't seen Akki Mudi probably because eating rice is not common in our culture.
Which museum is this one?
