Drumstick (Sajna) trees

Here, a number of drumstick (Sajna) trees have been planted. This tree is a well-known tree in our country. It bears an edible fruit that looks exactly like a long stick, but it is gently cut into pieces to make it suitable for eating, and it tastes quite delicious.

You can cook it by mixing it with ingredients like lentils or potatoes, and it becomes tasty and enjoyable. The leaves of the drumstick tree are fewer, but the fruit yield is quite abundant. That is what can be seen here—where a good yield has occurred. There are a moderate number of trees here.

Drumstick is a crop that is available only during this particular season. Outside this season, it is not easily found. During this time, especially, drumsticks are available.
