Crowdfunding Lessons (aka, learn from my mistakes)

Last year I lost some really expensive (for me) equipment I couldn’t afford to replace in a timely manner. Having seen several of my friends run small (sub $5000) successful crowdfunding campaigns I thought “why not, I could probably do that” So I did, and it was a success, BUT I certainly learned a lot in the process. As a lover of learning from the experience of others I hereby share my experience in the name of letting others learn from my mistakes.
